The management of the Maharashtra Olympic Association shall vest in an Executive Council elected for four years and nominated by the General Assembly at its meeting from amongst the nominees of the affiliated bodies.

The Executive Council shall consist of :

• President
• Senior Vice President
• Four Vice Presidents
• Secretary-General
• Four Jt. Secretaries
• Treasurer
• Nine Executive members 
• Associate Vice President
• Two Associate Joint Secretaries
• Four Associate Executive Members. (Atleast one be female)
